Depression
"I have been on antidepressants for fourteen years. I have tried to wean myself several times, but dark clouds always descended quickly and I found myself needing the pills again. After just a dozen of neurofeedback sessions, I realized that I had started to skip the drugs frequently without actually meaning to. I'm looking forward to soon be entirely free of the need for pharmaceuticals."

Chemo Brain, Depression, PTSD
"The day I called Chaitanyo I was in a deep depression from relentless emotional and physical pain. I was in the familiar scene of being in the bathtub crying, trying to figure out how to go on if this was how I would feel for the rest of my life and feeling I would not be able to continue another day if something did not change. Doctors gave me no solace for the cure for "chemo brain", depression and PTSD due to the illness with cancer, no hope. So with nothing to loose I called Chaitanyo to try neurofeedback with him.
"Some months later, I find many, many improvements. The very first to say is that I am not in that dire space anymore. I have hope for complete healing of my nervous system as I witness the incredible changes happening in me on a regular basis. I am participating in my llife with new and open intention. I am back to some work and finishing my BA. The changes have at times been subtle and at times dramatic, but I can see how each treatment brought me closer to being the person I know myself to be. I am very greatful for his help and the new lease on life that I have been given."

Sleep Issues
"When I don't sleep well and feel tired and sleep-deprived, neurofeedback is such a recharge! I love it!"

Hot flashes
"Hot flashes have been brutal for me for several years with few reprieves. Although subtle with no apparent connection, my hot flashes have disappeared and it happened within the time I had my 3rd or 4th session of neurofeedback. This has greatly improved my quality of life and quality of sleep, what a relief."

Focus, relaxation, bliss, therapy
“I started neurofeedback training just when my relationship broke up and it was a great help to weather the painful changes. In the middle of that breakup, after just two sessions, I was focused and relaxed enough to pass two tough consecutive examinations with flying colors. More recently, with my eighth and ninth sessions, I encountered a deep internal peace culminating in blissful feelings. This is better than therapy!”

Anxiety, frustration, anger, well-being, creativity, meditation
"To date I have had 13 neurofeedback sessions. I am happy to report the following improvements in my well being:
1. I no longer suffer from situational anxiety.
2. I do not get frustrated, am not quick to anger, and am more patient.
3. I enjoy a constant state of well-being.
4. The right side of my brain is more active, allowing for an increased ability to create spontaneously.
5. My meditations have become more blissful.
After 33 years of meditation practice, I had hoped to achieve the above, but hadn't. My experience tells me time spent with a psychotherapist can be decreased or perhaps even elimated with neurofeedback, and that people will be able to achieve nirvana more quickly than through meditation practice alone. Chaitanyo is the ideal person to be receiving the neurofeedback sessions from. He is clear, thoughtful, insightful and supportive throughout the process. The understanding he has gained through meditation practice and study make him the ideal guide."

Procrastination, focus, sleep, digestion, coordination
"Dear Brain Tuner, the neurofeedback sessions I have with you are very relaxing and restorative. I enjoy them. One big benefit I credit to having neurofeedback is an end to my long-standing procrastination. I am more focused and disciplined in accomplishing goals. Another benefit is an overall health improvement, specifically, my sleep rhythm, digestion and coordination are better. Thank you so much for bringing this work to my attention. It’s enjoyable and beneficial."

Anger, violence
"For most of my life I've had issues with anger, switching easily and unconsciously from anger to violence within a split second, unable to control myself. Shame and remorse followed. After receiving a few sessions, maybe six or seven, I had another anger attack, but this time it was like time slowed down and I was able to observe what happened and stop myself from striking out. It was like a miracle. I'm now at session twelve and while I still get angry sometimes, violence is no longer an issue."

Anxiety, lack of sleep, marijuana habit
“I came to neurofeedback hoping for help with my crippling anxiety and lack of sleep. This worked amazingly like a charm with just a few sessions, but along the way something very unexpected happened. I’ve been a habitual pot smoker for many years. When I started with brain training, it was suggested that I don’t smoke for the first few sessions, just to give the training a better chance at take-off. I did that and then after a while I realized that the desire to smoke again had simply disappeared. I actually almost forced myself to try again and found the experience very disappointing and kind of disturbing. So now I’m done with my expensive habit and I am very relieved! I'm going to spend the money I save on more neurofeedback sessions.”
